In an electrical system operating at 380V and with a frequency of 50Hz, traditional motor control equipment is like a lurking "dangerous situation". The functional units are closely connected, and once a fault occurs, it can easily trigger a chain reaction, threatening the normal operation of the Transformer; the protection level is low, making it difficult to resist the invasion of dust and moisture, resulting in frequent maintenance of the Box-type Substation and a soaring operation and maintenance cost; the grounding and protection circuits are weak, and the short-circuit current cannot be promptly disconnected, leaving the Switch Cabinet constantly at risk of paralysis. Frequent failures, high maintenance costs, have seriously affected the stability of power supply, becoming a major headache for enterprises in their power management.

 

The GCK series motor control center is precisely the key to breaking this deadlock. It consists of a modular motor control unit and functional units, installed in a closed metal cabinet in an overlapping manner from top to bottom. It is connected by horizontal busbars among the cabinets, and the functional units in the same cabinet are paralleled on the vertical busbar. The cabinet is divided into four isolated areas: horizontal busbar area, vertical busbar area, cable area, and equipment installation area. Each functional unit operates independently, and a single unit's accident does not affect others, effectively preventing the spread of accidents. The product strictly follows the JB/T9661-1999 standard and adopts an IP40 protection level, providing comprehensive safety protection for personnel. The complete grounding system and protection circuits, combined with the three-stage protection characteristic of the incoming unit, reliably disconnect the short-circuit current, ensuring stable power supply. Its functional units can be connected to PC panels or microprocessors to achieve automatic control, and also support function customization, widely applicable to various power scenarios, and building a safety defense line for the power system.
