10KV S13 Oil Immersed Transformer:Urban power grid energy efficiency reaches new level with new impetus

The S13 model is a product independently developed by our company. It is based on the original S11 distribution transformer, through the research and application of new materials and new technologies, as well as the combination of independent innovation and technology introduction. Through the optimized and innovative design of the iron core and coil structure, it aims to reduce no-load loss and noise. This product is a result of our own efforts.

Compared with the current national standard JB/T10088-2016, the noise level has been reduced by an average of 20%. The product performance level has reached the advanced domestic level. In the upgrading and transformation of urban power grids, the energy consumption level of traditional Transformers and the area requirements of Transformer Substations form dual pressures. Moreover, the capacity limit of Dry Type Transformers is difficult to meet the demand of high-load scenarios. The S13 10kV oil-immersed transformer, through three-dimensional energy efficiency optimization, provides a cost-effective power distribution solution for commercial areas and residential areas. Implementation results

Operation and Maintenance Suggestions

• It is recommended to install soundproof barriers near residential areas.

• For the deployment of Transformer Substations, a maintenance passage of at least 80cm on both sides should be reserved.
