As a new generation of Dry-type Transformer, it adopts resin insulation technology, which is non-flammable, fireproof and pollution-free. It can be directly installed at the load center within the Transformer Substation without the need to set up complex fire protection facilities like Oil-immersed Transformers. In the box-type coil design, the low-voltage winding is wound using a whole reel of copper foil, which solves the problems of high short-circuit stress and poor heat dissipation in traditional coils. In Compact substations, its moisture-proof performance is particularly outstanding. It can operate continuously in a 100% humid environment and can be quickly restarted after shutdown without the need for pre-drying. This transformer has low losses and low noise, and is equipped with the BWDK series signal temperature meters, which can monitor the coil temperature in real time and trigger an over-temperature alarm. 

 

Intelligent Temperature Control Protection: The temperature sensor is embedded in the upper part of the low-voltage coil, enabling precise temperature monitoring and automatic trip in case of over-temperature, ensuring equipment safety.
