Warmly welcome NGUYEN ANH TUAN and BACH THI TRIEU MEN and their group to visit and inspect Jiangsu Kelide

A group of Vietnamese customers, NGUYEN ANH TUAN and BACH THI TRIEU MEN, visited Jiangsu Kelide and conducted a on-site inspection of the company's transformer production base. This visit focused on technical exchanges and cooperation expansion regarding distribution equipment. The two sides had in-depth discussions on core products such as dry-type transformers, Oil-immersed Transformers, and switch cabinets. 

 

During the inspection process, the professional team from Jiangsu Kelide presented the production process of dry type transformers to the customers. The company adopted vacuum casting technology and H-class insulation materials to ensure that the products met international standards in terms of fire resistance, moisture prevention, and short-circuit resistance. In the workshop, the application of fully automated lamination equipment and intelligent temperature control systems vividly demonstrated the precise process of dry type transformers from core processing to winding formation. Their low-loss design and efficient heat dissipation structure particularly attracted the attention of the customers. 

For oil-immersed transformers, the company focused on introducing the quasi-circular core design and the fully sealed maintenance-free technology. By optimizing the magnetic circuit distribution and using high-density insulation paper, the product's stability under heavy-load conditions has been significantly enhanced. The customers observed the vacuum impregnation process of the windings and the local discharge detection procedure on-site, and expressed their approval of the company's strict standards in material selection and quality control. 

In the Switch Cabinet display area, the modular design concept and intelligent management system stand out as highlights. The switch cabinets achieve rapid installation and fault location through standardized configuration of functional units. Their high compatibility enables seamless integration with both dry-type and oil-immersed transformers for power distribution needs. The customers experienced the remote monitoring function of the switch cabinets and expressed appreciation for their reliability in complex environments.After the visit, the Vietnamese customer highly praised Jiangsu Kelide's production capabilities and technological innovation. They particularly mentioned the company's breakthroughs in the environmental characteristics of dry-type transformers and the energy efficiency optimization of oil-immersed transformers, which met the demand for green power equipment in the Vietnamese market. Both parties reached a preliminary consensus on future cooperation in the field of power distribution equipment, planning to establish a long-term collaboration mechanism in terms of technological research and development and market promotion.
