The Zhejiang business delegation visited Jiaowan in depth, jointly exploring new opportunities in the intelligent power equipment industry

Recently, Jiaowan District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province welcomed a group of special guests - a delegation of Zhejiang business entrepreneurs led by Lin General Manager, Wang General Manager and Chen General Manager. Deputy District Governor Yang Qinghao and Director of the Industrial Park Science and Technology Development Bureau Li Kun accompanied them throughout the journey. The delegation headed straight to Jiangsu Zhongshi Electric Power Group, focusing their exchanges on key areas such as intelligent power transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing, digital production management, quality control and lean operation, aiming to realistically explore potential for cooperation and jointly plan the development direction of the industry.

 

Upon arriving at the production line of Zhongshi Electric Power, the delegation did not merely stop at surface-level visits but delved into the details of the manufacturing process. They closely observed the production processes of intelligent power transmission and distribution equipment, the precise operation of CNC presses, the efficient work of laser cutting, as well as the operations of real-time production progress monitoring and quality product traceability through the ERP system. These all became the focus of attention. When it came to the quality inspection stage, the delegation asked detailed questions, from the process of equipment power-on debugging to the standards of high-voltage testing and the quality control system covering the entire process, all were thoroughly understood. Regarding the 6S management and lean production model implemented by Zhongshi Electric Power, the delegation members all gave high evaluations, believing that these management methods have effectively improved production efficiency and product quality.

 

This visit was made by Zhejiang business entrepreneurs with a professional perspective. They comprehensively evaluated Jiangsu Zhongshi Electric Power Group in terms of technical strength, product quality, production capacity scale and management level. The core was to see if this enterprise could become a qualified supplier for themselves or if there was potential for in-depth cooperation.
