A delegation of customers from Kazakhstan visited Jiangsu Keli De Electric Co., Ltd. to deepen their cooperation intentions

Recently, a delegation of customers from Kazakhstan paid a visit to Jiangsu Kelide Electric Co., Ltd. conducting a one-day tour of the company. This visit aimed to gain a firsthand understanding of the production system and core products of the company, laying the foundation for potential cooperation between the two parties. 

 

After arriving, the delegation, accompanied by the company's senior executives, embarked on a comprehensive inspection tour. Entering the modern production workshop, the automated production lines were running smoothly, and workers were concentrating on assembling and debugging dry-type transformers. The customers approached to observe the product details, touched the smoothness of the component surfaces with their hands, and frequently communicated with the accompanying technicians about the manufacturing process. When they learned that the loss rate of this product was lower than the industry average, the delegation members all nodded in approval. Moving to the product display area, various Oil-immersed Transformers were neatly arranged, and the adjacent electronic screens were continuously showing the operation data of the products in different environments. The company's technical director held a laser pointer and detailedly explained the heat dissipation structure and insulation performance of the product. The customers took out their notebooks to record the key parameters and raised questions about the stability of use in extreme climates, which were answered in a professional and detailed manner. 

 

During the subsequent meeting, the two sides focused on discussing the customized solutions for transformer substations. The customer delegation brought a list of local power grid construction requirements, and the company's team, based on their own technical reserves, proposed an integrated solution including equipment selection, installation and commissioning, and later maintenance. The customer representative said, "This visit has enabled us to see your company's technical strength and service sincerity, which has paved the way for our cooperation." 

 

At the end of the visit, the Kazakhstan customer delegation signed a preliminary cooperation intention letter with Jiangsu Keli De Electric Co., Ltd., marking a substantive step forward in their cooperation.
